Student success is measured in countless ways—through sharing curiosity, resilience, kindness, and the confidence to take on challenges.
An important aspect of a Gillispie education includes the visual arts. We are excited to announce that two Gillispie students' ceramic works, Fox and Mouse, have been selected for inclusion in this year’s Annual National K-12 Ceramic Exhibition in Salt Lake City, Utah, from March 26–28, 2025.
Out of 1,032 entries, Fox and Mouse, were chosen by the jurors as standout pieces to be displayed!
They will be seen by thousands of visitors from around the world, including artists, educators, and collectors attending the NCECA conference. Additionally, the artwork will be featured in the exhibition’s catalog, poster, and website, ensuring that it is celebrated beyond the event itself.
We are incredibly proud of this achievement and of all the ways our students shine, both in their curricular and co-curricular endeavors.
Congratulations to our young artists for this well-earned recognition, and thank you to our supportive community of educators and families for fostering an environment where students can grow, explore, and excel in their own unique ways!
