Last Friday we celebrated our 11th annual International Day on campus! The event began with a flag ceremony and parade, followed by a full-day celebration highlighting cultures from across the globe. Classrooms and spaces around campus were set up to represent different countries, with food, crafts, presentations, entertainment, and décor all reflecting the country and its culture.
The International Day program was originally developed to enhance our Social Studies curriculum, and has since become one of the most anticipated school days of the year.
A special “thank you” to this year’s teacher event coordinator Kim Abrams, and to all of our wonderful faculty, staff (especially Jessica Yeagle), and parent volunteers who helped make the day a success!
