After interviewing several firms, The Gillispie Board of Trustees and the Head of School are excited to share they have commissioned the consulting firm of Ian Symmonds and Associates to conduct a collaborative strategic planning study for The Gillsipie School.
One of the research inputs for this project will be a web-based survey for members of the Gillispie family. The primary goal of this survey is to determine your perception regarding four factors associated with the school. These factors are: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
Within the week, you will be receiving an email invitation to participate in the survey as created by Ian Symmonds & Associates; the invitation will include instructions on how to participate.
Whereas past parent surveys have measured satisfaction in certain areas, this year’s instrument asks parents to look forward and envision Gillispie’s future. The survey will serve in lieu of the annual parent survey sent out from the School.
As an important component in developing a strong strategic plan, we hope that you will be watching for the email and that you will participate in the survey. A high rate of participation is necessary for the results to be truly representative of the Gillispie community. All information collected in the survey will be anonymous and received directly by Ian Symmonds and Associates.
On behalf of Gillispie, thank you very much for sharing your ideas!
