For this year’s Spring Gala, our preschool students came together to create a stunning collaborative art piece that embodies both individuality and teamwork.
The process began with each student selecting a wooden circle slice and painting a base color on both sides. Once dry, they carefully added unique patterns—circles, dots, lines, or swirls—in a contrasting hue. Students experimented with different designs, combining elements to make their pieces stand out while complementing the collective work. Once completed, the circles were strung together across a wooden branch, interwoven with pieces from their classmates to form a unified display.
This project encouraged creativity, patience, and attention to detail, as our young students took their time layering colors and refining their patterns. It also reinforced the power of collaboration—demonstrating how individual contributions, when brought together, can create something truly special.
