Help Us Get to Know You
Fill out and submit our Online Application and Elementary Teacher Recommendation (K-6 applicants only) form along with a non-refundable fee of $125 to the School.
Arrange For Us to Get to Know Your Child
Once your application has been submitted, you will be contacted by the School to schedule a student readiness assessment. A parent meeting will be included if we haven’t yet spent time together. The friendly 45-minute assessment includes conversation, reading, writing, and math. The ages 2-5 early childhood assessment is play-based.

Financial Aid: The Gillispie School provides financial aid for qualified families based on a third-party evaluation. For more information, please contact Director of Finance & Business Operations Carol Baranowski at ext. 140.
Application GuidelinesPlease submit a completed application with a non-refundable fee of $125 and a family photo.
Early Childhood (Preschool – Prekindergarten)
- We accept children who will be 2 years old on or before August 31.
- The School will call to arrange a readiness assessment and parent interview once the application has been reviewed.
Kindergarten – Grade 6
- In addition to the application, please submit the a completed teacher recommendation form, and your student’s most recent report card and standardized test results, if applicable, from previous schools.
- The School will call to arrange a readiness assessment and classroom visit once the application has been reviewed.
