Help Us Get to Know You

Fill out and submit our Online Application  and Elementary Teacher Recommendation (K-6 applicants only) form along with a non-refundable fee of $125 to the School.


Arrange For Us to Get to Know Your Child

Once your application has been submitted, you will be contacted by the School to schedule a student readiness assessment. A parent meeting will be included if we haven’t yet spent time together. The friendly 45-minute assessment includes conversation, reading, writing, and math. The ages 2-5 early childhood assessment is play-based.

Application Guidelines

Please submit a completed application with a non-refundable fee of $125 and a family photo.

Early Childhood (Preschool – Prekindergarten)

  • We accept children who will be 2 years old on or before August 31.
  • The School will call to arrange a readiness assessment and parent interview once the application has been reviewed.

Kindergarten – Grade 6

  • In addition to the application, please submit the a completed teacher recommendation form, and your student’s most recent report card and standardized test results, if applicable, from previous schools.
  • The School will call to arrange a readiness assessment and classroom visit once the application has been reviewed.

Financial Aid

The Gillispie School offers financial aid for qualified families. Please click here to access the financial aid application.
